Sandbanks is a unique, mile long peninsula of Dorset coast between Poole Harbour and the sea, close to Bournemouth and Poole.

Directions to the cottages:

As you drive onto Sandbanks, follow the one-way system past the ferry.  The first turn on the left is Old Coastguard Road.  As you turn, be prepared to turn immediately right again down "Gin Alley Private Road".  Halfway down the row of cottages on the left hand side of "Gin Alley" the patio garden for No 7 cottage is set back with parking for two cars.  On the right hand side, No. 8 cottage has parking for three cars.
