A deposit of 10% of the Rent or £50, whichever is greater, must be paid at the time of booking. THE DEPOSIT IS SEPARATE FROM AND ADDITIONAL TO THE RENT. It is held throughout the holiday to cover cancellation or any service charges such as gas, electricity breakages, damage or extra cleaning incurred during occupancy. THE RENT MUST BE PAID AT LEAST 2 CALENDAR MONTHS BEFORE YOUR HOLIDAY.

If you wish to make a reservation please return the Booking Form as soon as possible together with the DEPOSIT. If your dates fall within 2 calendar months of booking then the FULL occupation charge as well as the DEPOSIT are payable on booking. PLEASE NOTE THAT A RESERVATION IS NOT SECURE WITHOUT RECEIPT OF BOOKING FORM AND DEPOSIT (AND RENT IF WITHIN 2 MONTHS). Therefore, it is necessary to send these as soon as you inform us that you wish to book.
